Do you have reCAPTCHA enabled in Project Settings > Forms > reCAPTCHA Validation?
If so, you’ll need to add a reCAPTCHA element to the form, you can find out more about this here:
If you’re still having issues after trying this, please let me know and I’ll dig deeper into this issue for you.
