Form Submission -> Dynamic Links

Hi,

I am creating a form submission that redirects to another page on the website.
But: I would like the redirect-link to be defined from the CMS.

Reason is, I am creating lading pages for different downloads- and the form is only visible when a switch is on (in a blogpost). When switch is on, users can also choose a Dynamic reference to another collection (download-page).

Is it possible to get CMS links in form redirects?
(if not, can you implement it?)
