Form return 422 error

Hello guys!

This is the first time I’ve had to post here because I couldn’t find a solution.

It’s quite simple, I have a form on my site that doesn’t want to be processed and is returning a 422 error.

I have other forms that work fine though.

BUG FIXED

Bugs came from captcha. When the captcha is enabled, it must be on every form on the site, which was not the case for me.

I hope this will save time for the next ones.
