Form failing to submit

Hi, I’m trying to get a website launched, but the form seems to be failing since publishing. I’m not sure why, hence the post. I’ve included the link below - I also created a brand new webflow default form on the same page, but that also failed. I have tried with recaptcha on and off and no luck either way.

So it seems that when you disable recaptcha unless you clear the site/secret keys it doesn’t actually disable it? I cleared these fields and turned it off, and the form works perfectly.

Turn recaptcha on and it fails - not sure why.

Turn it off and leave the fields filled in, it fails - not sure why!
