Footer not copying and pasting correctly between pages

Hi,

I have made a footer symbol that I have used on my homepage and adjusted for different screen sizes. However when I use this same footer symbol on my about page it does not copy over the different screen size adjustments I have made.

Do you know how I copy over screen variations between pages? I have added a read-only link below

The text size is the same on both pages 5em, but for some reason it comes out much larger on the about page. Everything is just copy and pasted but it keeps pasting different for mobile and smaller sizes, any idea?

I suggest staying away from em units and instead use rem units. Ems are relative to their parents while REMS are relative to the root element.

Aha thank you, that did seem to be the problem, I will go forwards with REMs, thanks!
