Footer issues - not showing to the bottom of the page

Hi Guys

I am having some issues with the footer in my companys website.

I am in no way shape or form a website designer, I am self taught and still struggle so please bear with!

I have tried adding padding to the footer section and this causes space below exposing my background video which I do not want.

I read on the forums that If I removed any padding this may fix it.. but it does the opposite and chops off my footer like so..

If I choose the scroll in overflow it is all still there.
