First time visitor popup

Hi there,

I am looking for a web developer to create a custom code for a first time visitor popup.

The popup would present the user with two options to choose from “industry professionals” and “home owners”, then the next time this user visit the website he would be taken straight to the page he has chosen in his first visit.
