Embedding Google Maps JavaScript

Hello!

I’m trying to understand how to embed Google Maps using Maps JavaScript API into my Webflow site. Can someone tell exactly where I need to put my scripts?

When I put into HTML Embed, map doesn’t appear. I know it’s probably a silly question but where exactly would I put the code that Google is providing?

My goal is to display a map without any UI on it from Google Maps. I can achieve that using their JavaScript API but can’t get the map to even display.

Out of interest, why aren’t you using the Webflow Google Map component?

Just needed custom maps from Google and built-in Webflow maps are not the most versatile. All figured out, thank you :slight_smile:
