A good start wood be to correct the font size for mobile. When the text (word) is too big for a mobile screen it will push its parent out to make it fit.
Most off the times the font size is the problem.
Good suggestion, but this is a photo. Unless you were referring to something else?
You could remove the margin-left: 10px; to 0px
