I am new to webflow. I created a grid with two columns and four rows. How can I change just one space? The space between row two and three should be bigger than between the other rows. I can not find this in any tutorial.

Welcome to the forum! 
It sounds like you want to go ‘off-grid’, which is totally fine, but you can only adjust the spacing for the all grid with that setting. I would suggest you to either add a new grid and apply the preferred margins, or to add some padding/margin to the element in your second row.
