Designer not the same as published site

In designer, the site looks perfect. When it’s published, however, the scale seems wrong and the placement of elements is also incorrect. Can someone please help me fix this problem? Just worried about the home page for now.

Did this just start happening to you this morning? I’m seeing layout issues on my newly published pages this morning, too. They look perfect in designer/preview but the grids are all shifting when published.

It’s been happening for the last two weeks. I will fix it and then the next day, I come back and it’s all messed up again.
