Why not just use this feature : Style first, last, even, and odd items in Collection Lists | Webflow Features If it’s just an even/odd solution you’re looking for, this will do the trick

I think this thread (this post in particular) will have some kind of soultion for you to implement styling on the odd children of your collection list…
