Custom Fields in Collection Settings

Hi,

I´ve added a custom field to my Collection Settings and added text in that field in the product page but are unable to find that field in the drop down menu when linking the text, see attached images, what is wrong?

It’s because your custom field is rich text, which is different from “regular” or plain text.

To use the rich text in designer, drag in the “rich text” element from the Add Panel.

Or change the field in CMS from Rich text to Text.

Either option can work, just depends on your use case.
