Create social share button natively in order to share ANOTHER page

Hello,

I’m creating a website for a client in order for him to raise funds. There are 2 pages :

  1. The donation page (if people click on “Donate” they get a Donorbox popup in order for them to donate online
  2. The thank you page (after they paid via Donorbox, they get redirected on a thank you page).

On that thank you page I’d like to add social share buttons (facebook, twitter, linkedin but more importantly via email, whatsapp and messenger).

But I don’t want them to share the thank you page, I’d like them to share the donation page.

I’ve read some topics here, but nothing gave me the answer I need.

Here are the 3 conditions I’d like to meet:

  1. when someone clicks on the button, it opens in a new pop up (not a new tab) for facebook and twitter
  2. I need Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn but more importantly via email, whatsapp and messenger
  3. I’d like to pre-fill their post with a custom a message for each social media
