Copy items from one site to another

If I have website completed and I would like to say copy the slide show to a new site I am already working on.

Or I like a section from a one site i have designed and also from another site I have designed and would like to copy into a site I have already on the go…

Sadly it is not possible to copy items from one site to another yet so you have to manually for now.
