I created cookies pop with help of @vincent template but for some reason, pop up is not working properly. It’s showing up every time when I visit the website which is not correct.
Would be glad to hear some advice here!

In my template, the .popup-overlay element is display:none by default. The script shows it when necessary, not the other way around. Can you try?
