Continuous horizontal movement

Hi,

Does anybody know how you would create something like the continuous horizontal movement of the home hero backdrop on the Ogilvy website? And is it possible to create the ‘grab and drag’ interaction in webflow?

I guess the clickable images would be achievable just with link blocks?
