The short answer is yes it can. Using the site scroll interaction you can visually create the movement of each step based on the length of the site.

I’m by no means an expert at scroll interactions but if you map out what needs to happen when you can create this in webflow probably easier than anything else out there because of the visual designer.

I’ve been watching all the Webflow interaction/animation tutorials I can find. What’s puzzling to me at the moment is how to get images to remain fixed (not scrolling up) during scrolling, while animating them.
