Columns have so much space on the wide ends

I am brand new to Webflow so i’m slowly learning it.

There are 3 columns that I can’t figure out how to do the spacing correctly. There is so much space on either end of the right and left columns.

How do I make the words more centered and how do i create a buffer between the columns?
