Collumns won't adjust in mobile view

Hi! I’ve managed to adjust the columns under the hero section in Tablet mode.

Going from 4 to 2. In mobile view I want it to go to 1 but it won’t let me.
What’s the issue here?

Try using the Grid element instead.
