CMS not able to publish

Hey, from the images you can see I am trying to publish the facts CMS collection template page but for the life of me I cannot workout why it will not publish. Please can someone help?

I cannot add the share link as I am a guest in the workspace

If you’re a Guest in the Webflow workspace, that’s very likely the reason you can’t publish the CMS Collection Template page.

:white_check_mark: Why this happens

Guests in Webflow have limited permissions.
Even if you can design the Collection Template page, you cannot publish it unless:

  • The workspace owner gives you full Designer access, OR
  • They upgrade your role from Guest → Member, OR
  • The workspace is on a plan that supports publishing by collaborators.
