CMS link block is not clickable sometimes

Sometimes when the Home page loads, the CMS collection grid is not clickable. Only after I refresh the CMS blocks load up and works fine. Is this a bug?

I’m in a quite tight schedule of finishing this website. It would be a great help if anybody can resolve me this issue.

I tried the live website four times and could not reproduce the issue you are talking about. Looking at your read only link, everything seems fine. Have you tried in incognito mode? Maybe some extension is interfering.
