Hi Webflow, I have placed multiple images from a cms collection into a Lightbox. Does anyone know how to put captions under the dynamic images and in the slide show from Alt text? It is needed for a photographer’s portfolio. Thank you!

Is there a solution for caption for CMS lightbox ? I couldn’t find any working answer that truly works 
I found this cloneable project from Synal:
CMS Lightbox with captions
It uses the native webflow lightbox and adds a custom variable to the lightbox link so you can select a text field from your CMS as your “alt text” for the image. Have to test it in the browser (I keep forgetting that and get super confused when I preview in webflow).
Can’t really style the text without adding custom code but this guy created an embed element in his project that edits some basic stuff. I used that as a base to code in some very basic type styling from there.

But I am super new here so this might not be the best solution. But I do think it’s kinda weird webflow doesn’t functionality.
