CMS collection locked when creating a new section

Hi, I want to create a new page on my website (Industries) which is a duplicate of the look/feel/design of another page (Roles). In doing so however, I need to update the CMS categories that this page corresponds to. When I duplicate the page and go to start working on it, the CMS I can pull from is locked. How do you change this to correspond to a different CMS? Thanks.

you need to remove all contacted items like you contacted heading or paragraph you need to unlink this then you get unlock cms
