Client is not receiving form submission e-mails

My client is not receiving form submission e-mails.

How do I fix this?

They may be going to spam, or they may have even blacklisted the domain by accident. Hard to guess.

Your options are…

1 - try another email address, you can send to multiple comma-separated emails
2 - have the whitelist the sending domain, see if that works
3 - have them setup an alias on the same account, to see if that works
4 - ditch email notifications, and push your notifications directly into a leads system, salesforce.com, pipedrive, nutshell, slack, trello, a google sheet, or something else
5 - create your own email notification from another domain
