Click to call link on non mobile devices

Hi

How do I stop a a click to call tel number not appear as a link on desktop/tablet please.

The number in question is after the headline:

For Expert Mortgage Advice Call

You need to create the element twice, and use the settings panel to hide the correct content on the various devices.
