I purchased a template, but any changes made on desktop are not reflected on the mobile version. Can someone please help?

Can you give some examples of what changes do not reflect on the mobile version?
I had a quick look at the preview site and the mobile version seems to have the elements that are on the desktop version as well, except some layout level changes that you might want to make for mobile version.
