Change div block colour within a link block on hover state

Hi all

Would appreciated some advice here. I have a hover over state transition in a link block that changes the colour of the text within the link block. But i also have a div blocks as dividers which I would also like to change the colour of on the hover state. Is this doable?

Hover interactions give you option to create complex hover effects (hover on X effect target Y). Start her:
