Change charset from charset="utf-8" to charset="iso-8859-1"

Is it possible in Webflow to change the charset from “utf-8” to “iso-8859-1” or “windows-1252”? Where can i do this?

When i change the charset after exporting the code the special characters are not in HTML-Code.
