Cart visibility condition not working properly

Hi,

I have a problem setting the visibility condition of a cart button, I want the cart to appear when the quantity is greater than 0, this part is ok, but when publishing the site the cart flashes until hiding completely.

I would like the cart doesn’t appear at the beginning. Below, you can find some previews of this problem. I will appreciate some help.

The problem in the current site. I thought it was something wrong with this template, but no.

This is a test on a blank page, the same problem.

And, these are the setting of the current cart button:

Did you ever get this figured out or did you just end up living with the awkward “show for a few seconds and then it actually disappears” situation?

does anyone know how to fix this?
