Card-Flip with button trigger

I’m attempting to create a card that can continuously be flipped by clicking a button and stay flipped until clicked again.

Webflow has a lesson to flip cards but it isn’t quite what I need.

I also attempted to use interactions to use a button as a trigger but it seems it’ll only work once.
First time using interactions so perhaps I’m doing something wrong here…

Any chance this can be accomplished without custom code?

To flip the card you need to set “initial state”. Otherwise, there is no starting point as reference, because you are telling to webflow turn X 180° BUT 180° from where ?

and to make an animation work multiple times, there is the loop option before building a a custom animation
