Can't see my form submissions

Hi everyone,

I have a multi-step form on my website which I’m not getting the submissions from it, everything is under a form wrapper and all settings seem to be ok but I’m doing QA on production and I’m not getting this data on the forms tab in settings (while I do get data from another from I have on the website).

Can anyone help? I’m pretty desperate, it was supposed to go live already…
