Can't scroll when mouse is hovering over video element

Currently using the free plan. When I’m in preview mode and I move my mouse over a linked video, I can’t scroll through the page. I’ve found some solutions to this using embedded code but I’m really not trying to use anything more than the free plan. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I feel like there has to be a solution to this. There’s no way that this is just the way the video element behaves on the free plan.

I’d love to know the answer. I’m still designing my website so it’s not published yet. I wonder if this issue doesn’t arise when the site has been published. That’s my guess after a couple searches but I haven’t published yet so I can’t say for sure.
