Can't scroll on canvas in designer?

Hi Guys,

I’m sure this is probably quite a simple fix but I just can’t seem to work it out.

My canvas on designer won’t scroll at all. I’ve had a look at body element and the overflow is set to visible?

Any help i’d super appreciate thank you!
