Can't scroll after adding custom code to page

Hi guys,

I’ve added some custom code to one of my pages. Everything works fine on desktop. However,
I can’t to swipe (scroll) up/down on the same page in a mobile browser.

I’ve tried to disable the custom CSS but still no luck. It’s like there’s an invisible layer that prevents me from scrolling. Buttons in that page also work fine. It’s just the scrolling.
