Can't replace image, problem with animation

Hello! I’m new to webflow and I’m practicing on different templates, however some features are not working correctly for me and I don’t understand why

  1. the first problem is with the animation (my skills, wnat to work together) text jumps back and messes up the animation.

  2. below the my skills text there is a list on the right and when I preview it moves up a little and therefore it’s not centered anymore (this usually happens with different screen size preview.)

  3. and lastly, the most important part is the last section, the about me text where if I hover on the highlighted text it shows an image. I would like to replace the images but for some reason even if I select the image it doesn’t show the replace image option.
