Can't remove classes even though entire page has been wiped

Hi!
I am currently re-designing my website and want to erase everything on the existing website. A clean slate.
So, I have deleted every element on all pages and there are still tons of classes left that I can’t erase.

Does anyone know how I can go about this?

Just solved it, kind of.

It was definitely a bug, I just added a random div block to the home page.
I gave it a class, then deleted the class. Then when I looked at the style manager I could delete all classes.
