Can't figure out why elements aren't showing up on different screen sizes

I designed my website years ago and haven’t really updated it since. My design isn’t great on small screens so when I originally designed my site, I changed some settings to only show a single message on smaller screen sizes and hide all the other content.

I’ve just realized that I need to change this so my full site can be shown on the table breakpoint in addition to desktop, but I can’t figure out what I did years ago to hide everything! I’m sure this is an easy fix, but for some reason I can’t figure it out.

Under an element’s settings (sections) you have visibility set on or off for different devices(breakpoints). You should be able to manipulate those settings to get the functionality you want. Just remember that Google is mobile first and if you are not displaying your content to small devices your ranking will be non-existent or suffer severely.
