I am trying to edit a record in my “Dealer” CMS page but cannot find it in the CMS.
On the live website it shows the following record:
Preferred Pump, 19662 Hirsch Court, Anderson, CA 96007 USA 320-253-8664
On my canvas it shows the following same record as:
Preferred Pump, 4927 South Barney Road, Anderson, CA, 96007, USA 530-365-3434
I cannot find either of these in my Dealer CMS.
Why is this? Any idea on what is going on?

When experiencing differences between dealer records on your live site versus the Designer canvas, or having trouble locating records in your CMS, there are several areas to check:
The CMS collection list settings and filters on both your live site and Designer should be reviewed first. Make sure the collection list settings match between environments and that no unintended filters are applied. Also verify that the dealer records are properly published in your CMS.
If you’re still seeing discrepancies, check your site’s cache by doing a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) on both the live site and Designer. You may also want to check if any dynamic content conditions or pagination settings are affecting the display of your dealer records.

Webflow has made some changes, you’ll need to publish the draft changes on that item for them to appear on the live site.
Unfortunately this means the designer is no longer “WYSIWYG” because in collection lists, are seeing the draft changes, which publishing the site will not publish. You have to publish these items individually.
