Cannot apply transforms to inline block or text span elements

Hey everyone. I am having an issue in my site where I cannot apply a transform interaction of any kind on another element from an interaction. The opacity, for example, works fine but transform does nothing. I cannot share a link publicly, since this is a client site but I can PM it to CE’s and staff. Edit: I now am getting this error.

I just did this exact same functionality on another site without setting any self perspecitve or anything. I don’t understand why it doesn’t work here.

Edit Edit: For anyone who finds this, 3d transforms do not work on text spans. That is what caused the issue. I must make it a separate block.

You don’t need to create a div there. Just set spans to block or inline-block. Transforms don’t work on inline elements.
