Can webflow do hover-effects/transitions on buttons?

Hey guys,

With reference to this: Hover.css - A collection of CSS3 powered hover effects

I am looking to design some buttons within webflow that can achieve the:

Shadow Radial effect (under Shadow and Glow Transitions) &
Sweep to Right effect (under Background Transitions)

If this is infact possible with webflow, could someone kindly share a quick walkthrough on how to achieve these two effects. Thank you very much in advance.

All you need to do is put this in your site settings > Custom Code > Header Code

Then follow the rest of this tutorial
