Can’t buy “Basic” hosting

I’m trying to purchase the “Basic” plan for my hosting and it will not allow me to purchase this. I can only purchase CMS or Enterprise which I do not need

Probably because you have created a collection which requires a CMS plan. You should be able to delete your collections and then Basic should be available as a selection.
