Can not scroll down the element's properties bar (with categories expanded) in Safari

Hello. I experience this bug in Safari in OSX Yosemite – I can’t scroll the element properties bar while it’s categories (Position, Typography, Background, etc.) are expanded, so I need to collapse most of them first to get to the last one (Shadows, Effects).

As you can see on this screenshot, there’s no more space to scroll:

Yosemite isn’t out or even GM so it’s a bit early to bugreport here. You can report to Apple though :).
