Can not scroll a drop down menu on mobile

Hey, I have a drop down menu within a hamburger menu, but on mobile when I try to scroll, the website in the background scrolls rather than the drop down list. Please help?

That doesn’t seem to do anything for me. The page still scrolls behind the menu.
