Can I use interactions to adjust background image position? (with a scroll trigger)

I want to create the illusion of a page scroll, left to the “Easily create amazing…”
therefor, I want to use interactions to adjust background image position, with a scroll trigger.

but for some reason I’m unable to do that.
what am I missing?
