This is my design, I am now making a style above 1440px, I have an area in the page that can scroll horizontally, the default position is now what I want, but I need it to scroll and still end up with the same blank area on the right side as on the left side:

hi @VIP everything you need is already described in your other request. You do not need anything else. 
if your approach is to have right side visible, the easies way is to add padding on right for your images container “wifi-app-con”.
I see you are trying to build custom slider you may look on Splide or other popular slider that offers many variations and solid customisations.
BTW: choosing correct topic category doesn’t take much time, so next time please avoid community resources: general when request is for design help. I have fixed it for now. Maybe can help if you read forum post guide.
