Background Video Clipping

Hi Guys

Trying to recreate something similar to this with a video as the background part. I am guessing it has something to do with the Background Video element and a Clipping setting on either the divs which sit ‘on top’ of the background video or the background video itself.

I can’t get it right.

Any advice?

If possible to do it with an image in the same format, I would like to find out how to do that too
