Animation in nav bar working one time and then stops working

Hi all,

I have an issue I’ve been trying for hours; as I scroll down the logo animation of the nav bar is supposed to disappear and get replaced with the horizontal version, but the opacity that’s supposed to get from 0% to 100% on the horizontal logo is only working one time. After that I need to refresh the page to make it work again… I can’t figure out how this is only working one time…
