Anchor links don't work on mobile

Hey all, I’m having a bit of trouble getting the section anchor links to work on mobile.
They work fine on desktop, but they don’t do anything on mobile.
I noticed that if I click a button that takes to a link and I quickly switch to any other device size it scrolls down, which is weird. Is webflow using JS to control that behavior?

I’ve gone through the related links but couldn’t find any solution that helped me - no z-index problems, no overlays etc.

I have the same issue on my ‘What we do’ section on the home page of this:

The ‘Read more’ buttons on each tab work fine on desktop but go to ‘404 Page not found.’ on mobile.

Turns out I’d used a similar but different section on mobile for design purposes, so when updating anchors on desktop i wasn’t actually updating anchors on my mobile. My past self likes to confuse my future self.
