Align Video to Image center

Hello, I need to align a video with an image that covers part of it, I’ve been trying to use a Div Block, but haven’t been succeful to do it, here is my result:

Also, how can I make the size of the video always smaller than the size of the image?, I’ve managed to make them both 50% of the screen but its not working
